VAUGHAN, ON, April 27, 2020 /CNW/ - Recipe Unlimited Corporation (TSX: RECP.TO) ("Recipe" or the "Company") will be releasing 2020 first quarter results on SEDAR (www.sedar.com) after the close of markets on Thursday, May 7^th, 2020.

The Company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will take place via live virtual audio webcast at 11 am on Friday, May 8^th, 2020.  Frank Hennessey, Chief Executive Officer, will be taking questions from shareholders after the formal portion of the annual general meeting has concluded.  Login instructions for the virtual audio webcast were included in the annual meeting materials mailed to shareholders.  Alternatively, login information can be found in the Company's Management Information Circular, available on SEDAR (www.sedar.com).
