VAUGHAN, ON, Jan. 31, 2020 /CNW/ - Recipe Unlimited Corporation (TSX: RECP) ("Recipe") has filed a final short form base shelf prospectus with the securities regulatory authorities in each of the provinces and territories of Canada. The prospectus will allow Recipe to offer from time to time over a 25-month period up to $1.5 billion of debt, equity or certain other securities, and also allows for secondary offerings by certain shareholders.
